Off-Campus Trips for Saddlebrook Students
In addition to weekly grocery store runs for snacks and incidentals, Saddlebrook Academy boarding student-athletes take part in additional social outings to the movies, the mall, etc. as well as academic field trips.
Boarding Trips
Students take trips weekly to area grocery stores to purchase individual snacks and beverages for their rooms, or any incidental items they might want. Students will enjoy additional outings, including scheduled trips to the movies and the mall based on tournament schedules. In the past, weekend trips have included excursions to Busch Gardens, AdventHealth Center Ice, Clearwater Beach, Tampa Bay Lightning games and a number of other entertainment venues in and around the Tampa Bay area.
Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to comply with the Saddlebrook Code of Conduct whenever they are representing the school, whether on campus or off. The Saddlebrook Prep Student-Parent Handbook contains extensive information about student life, academics and athletics at the academies, as well as academic procedure and policy, boarding rules and regulations. It is each student’s responsibility to read and understand the contents of the handbook.
